Individual Therapy
We live in a world that encourages us to ignore, override, and forget our experience. Therapy provides a space for deep self-inquiry where we can learn to become aware and accepting of all parts of ourselves. With curiosity and reflection, I want to support you to explore and understand your experience. When we explore what’s happening for us internally, our beliefs, and the unmet needs we carry, and when we can bring curiosity, care, and increased awareness, then new possibilities open up. We find ways to relate to ourselves and the world with more balance, ease, and belonging..
Relationship Therapy
The majority of trauma we experience happens in relationships, and it is in healthy relationships that we can heal from the inside out. Couples and families who are willing to put in the time and effort to reflect on their cycles, get curious about their own defense patterns, and are motivated to change are able to find significant growth and transformation.
“To live in this world you must be able to do three things: to love what is mortal; to hold it against your bones knowing your own life depends on it; and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go.”
— Mary Oliver
