About Me

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, funny, and direct. My approach is attachment based and nervous system focused, curious and embodied. It is grounded in depth psychology, gestalt, and parts work. I bring these tools and my lived experience to meet you where you are.

I was invited into this work through a number of personal initiations. These include deep personal loss, recovery from chronic illness, parenthood, long term partnership, and growing up with divorced parents. I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families heal and recover from personal, collective, and intergenerational traumas. I believe that our wounds are never ours alone, and that when we heal it benefits more than ourselves.

I identify as a white, cis, temporarily able-bodied woman. I rely on my lived experience to guide us on our journey together, and I welcome different life experiences. I am welcoming of diverse and intersectional identities including BIPOC,  LGBTQIA+, and Poly/Kink communities.

I hold an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and obtained my BA in Development Studies from Brown University.
